Requisitos para obtener la credencial de asesor, consultor o investigador de seguridad privada. Las personas naturales que soliciten la credencial de asesor, consultor o investigador de seguridad privada, deberán presentar solicitud ante la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada, indicando nombre, documento de identidad, domicilio, y modalidad del servicio y adjuntando hoja de vida, certificaciones académicas y laborales.

Parágrafo

La licencia de funcionamiento y la renovación de licencia de funcionamiento para los asesores, consultores e investigadores se expedirán a nivel nacional por el término de diez (10) años.
