Art 407. Cuando en un acta se haya cometido alguna equivocación o algún error que no se salvó en los términos del artículo 374, se ocurrirá al Juez para que con audiencia de los interesados se corrija la equivocación o se subsane el error. Si recayere un fallo favorable, se insertará la ejecutoria de este en el respectivo lugar del registro, atendiendo a la fecha de la inserción, la cual servirá de acta, debiendo además ponerse nota a la marjen del acta reformada. La certificación sólo perjudicará a las partes que hubieren sido oídas en el juicio.
