No podrán ser miembros de la Junta Directiva dos Directores que tengan entre sí parentesco dentro del cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad de segundo de afinidad, o que tangan compañía, excepto que sea anónima, ni podrá pertenecer a dicha Junta las personas que desempeñen algún cargo en el Instituto. Los miembros de la Junta Directiva serna de distintos Departamentos y se irá rotando en forma que en la Dirección del Instituto vaya personal de varias secciones.
