El Departamento del Valle invertirá preferencialmente en la pavimentación de la carretera que de Cali corre hacia el puente "Mariano Ramos" su participación en el impuesto, y en el Departamento del Cauca invertirá la suma en obras de los Municipios de Puerto Tejada y Santander, al tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de la Ley 1ª de 1943.
