Article 17

La División De Comercio Exterior Estará A Cargo De Un Director, Quien Tendrá Las Siguientes Funciones: A) Preparar Un Informe Anual Sobre La Balanza De Pagos; B) Preparar Un Programa Anual De Importaciones Y Formular Recomendaciones Periódicas En Relación Con Este Programa; C) Estudiar Sistemas Para Fortalecer Los Programas De Exportación; D) Proponer Recomendaciones Sobre La Política Adecuada En Materia De Administración Del Comercio Exterior Y De Las Negociaciones Específicas Relacionadas Con Este Comercio; E) Proponer Recomendaciones Sobre El Control Del Crédito Externo; F) Mantener Contacto Con Las Agencias Extranjeras De Ayuda Y Préstamo

La División de Comercio Exterior estará a cargo de un Director, quien tendrá las siguientes funciones

a)

Preparar un informe anual sobre la balanza de pagos;

b)

Preparar un programa anual de importaciones y formular recomendaciones periódicas en relación con este programa;

c)

Estudiar sistemas para fortalecer los programas de exportación;

d)

Proponer recomendaciones sobre la política adecuada en materia de administración del comercio exterior y de las negociaciones específicas relacionadas con este comercio;

e)

Proponer recomendaciones sobre el control del crédito externo;

f)

Mantener contacto con las agencias extranjeras de ayuda y préstamo.
