Autorízase al Ministerio de Guerra para reglamentar el cumplimiento de esta Ley, especialmente en lo que concierne al reconocimiento médico de los individuos que soliciten su ingreso al Cuerpo de Inválidos. Este reconocimiento se practicará en todo caso por los Médicos oficiales.
