º . Transitorio. Transferencia de derechos y obligaciones contractuales. Los contratos o convenios que hayan sido perfeccionados con cargo al presupuesto de la Red de Solidaridad Social, y que correspondan a los objetivos y funciones del Fondo Plante, de acuerdo con la Ley 368 de 1997, serán cedidos al departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, para lo cual se hará la nota de cesión en el texto de los contratos o convenios.
