Adiciónase el Capítulo I, Título II, Parte Segunda, Libro Segundo del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con el siguiente artículo: "Artículo 2.2.2.1.10. Régimen de inversiones de los bancos cooperativos. En materia de Inversiones a los bancos cooperativos les será aplicable la disposición consagrada en la letra b) del artículo 2.1.4.1.9. del presente Estatuto y las normas generales dictadas para establecimientos bancarios, en cuanto estas últimas resulten compatibles con su naturaleza".
