Reserva de la ficha de clasificación . La ficha de clasificación socioeconómica, en cuanto contenga información alusiva a datos individuales, tiene carácter reservado, y por lo tanto no podrá darse a conocer al público o a las entidades u organismos públicos o privados. Unicamente bajo los convenios o acuerdos de que trata el artículo 9º del presente decreto podrá suministrarse información alusiva a datos individuales, con la garantía de la reserva de la información respectiva.
