Los documentos que en la fecha de este Decreto sean objeto de oferta pública deberán inscribirse en el Registro Nacional de Valores, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos fijados por la Comisión, dentro del término que ella misma señale. Entre tanto, podrán continuar negociándose válidamente.
