ARTICULO 3.5.1.8.- DEPOSITO DE EMISIONES.- Las entidades emisoras podrán depositar la totalidad o parte de una emisión en un depósito centralizado de valores entregando uno o varios títulos que representen la totalidad o parte de la emisión. En este caso, la obligación de entregar los títulos emitidos a los suscriptores se cumplirá con la entrega de la constancia del depósito, en los términos que fije la Superintendencia de Valores.
