El nombrado puede acreditar que reúne las condiciones exigidas por la Constitución o la ley, con los medios probatorios ordinarios

Cuanto a la de ser versado en la ciencia del derecho, solo puede acreditarla con su titulo de abogado expedido por una facultad oficial o privada.
