Art. 18. La Junta directiva funcionará bajo la Presidencia del Secretario del Tesoro, el cual tendrá vos i voto en todos los actos i deliberaciones de aquella. El nombramiento de Director jerente i de sus suplentes corresponde a la misma Junta con probacion del Poder Ejecutivo.
