Autorícese al Gobierno nacional en cabeza del Ministerio de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones a destinar los recursos necesarios para el financiamiento de un producto audiovisual que promueva el Festival Departamental de Bandas de Cundinamarca, de acuerdo con el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo, el cual podrá transmitirse· a nivel nacional en alguno de los canales del Sistema de Medios Públicos.
