º . De los documentos para obtener la matrícula profesional . Para efectos de la expedición de la matrícula profesional, los interesados deberán presentar ante el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Profesiones Agronómicas y Forestales, la solicitud correspondiente, acompañada de los siguientes documentos

Dos fotografías recientes tamaño cédula.

Fotocopia del diploma.

Fotocopia del acta de grado.

Fotocopia de la cédula de ciudadanía o de extranjería

Recibo de cancelación de los derechos de matrícula.
