Reglamento Operativo. Los sitios de disposición final deberán contar con un Reglamento Operativo que establezca los instrumentos de Planeación, Operación y Seguimiento para las diferentes etapas de desarrollo del proyecto. Los elementos mínimos que deberán ser considerados en el Reglamento Operativo son: Manuales de Operación, Bitácoras y Registros; de acuerdo con los criterios que para el efecto defina el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio.
