Art. 68.° Los militares que hallándose en el goce de pensión tuvieren que ausentarse del territorio de la República, pedirán para ello permiso ó licencia al Poder Ejecutivo, á quienes en el goce de la misma pensión se les podrá conceder hasta por dos años en tiempo de paz, á menos que sea en el caso de que una enfermedad rebelde obligue al solicitante á permanecer por más tiempo fuera de la República, debiendo comprobarse esto según lo disponga el Poder Ejecutivo.
