DISPOSICIONES APLICABLES. Los aspectos relacionados con la constitución, organización y funcionamiento de las precooperativas no regulados en el presente Decreto, ni previstos en los estatutos de a la Ley 79 de 1988. De acuerdo con su objeto social, también se someterán a las normas que les sean aplicables a los tipos de cooperativas en las que posteriormente se organicen.
