º El artículo 2º del Decreto reglamentario 2887 de 1981 quedará así: Las reservas con aportes del presupuesto nacional conformadas por la entidad con la aprobación del auditor fiscal, se ejecutarán hasta el 31 de diciembre del año en que fueran constituidas. Las reservas de apropiación con aportes del presupuesto nacional certificadas por la Contraloría General de la República, previo acuerdo especial de la Dirección General del Presupuesto, se ejecutarán hasta el 31 de diciembre del año en que fueran constituidas.
