º. Adiciónase el artículo 92 del Decreto 2437 de 1983, con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Para efectos de control de posible contaminación por elementos radioactivos de la leche y sus derivados, importados, el Ministerio de Salud se acogerá a las recomendaciones del Organismo Internacional de Energía Atómica, "OIEA", de la Comisión Internacional de Protección Radiológica, "CIPR", de la Organización Mundial de la Salud, "OMS", y el producto encontrado no apto se reexportará al país de origen.
