A.-, creada por el Decreto legislativo 1064 de 1956 y reformada por el Decreto-ley 2352 de 1971. funcionará como una Sociedad de Economía Mixta del orden nacional, sometida al régimen legal de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado, dotada de personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y capital independiente, vinculada al Ministerio de Dedensa Nacional.
