Modifícanse los numerales 2.2.1 y 2.2.2 del artículo 497 del Decreto 2685 de 1999 los cuales quedarán así: "2.2.1 No transmitir electrónicamente al sistema informático aduanero, dentro del término a que se refiere el artículo 280 del presente decreto, la información del manifiesto de carga que relacione las mercancías según las autorizaciones de embarque concedidas por la aduana". "2.2.2 No entregar, dentro del término que establezca la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, el Manifiesto de Carga de manera física, cuando a ello hubiere lugar, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 280 del presente decreto".
