°. Definición del Mecanismo Público de Administración de Contingentes Agropecuarios . El Mecanismo Público de Administración de Contingentes Agropecuarios es el instrumento en virtud del cual se asigna un contingente, que se distribuirá en condiciones de competencia. Dicho Mecanismo Público de Administración de Contingentes Agropecuarios consta de los siguientes elementos

Contingente Anual.

Contingente con Asignación Estacional.

Arancel Intracuota.

Arancel Extracuota.

Indice Base de Subasta Agropecuaria (IBSA), y

Participantes.
