La construcción del edificio del Instituto Técnico Central continuará a cargo del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, el cual podrá invertir en ella la suma de seiscientos pesos ($ 600) semanales.

Parágrafo

Queda autorizado el Gobierno para adquirir los lotes necesarios para la instalación y el completo funcionamiento de los diversos servicios del Instituto.
