Art. 94. Respecto de cada responsable del Erario, estas operaciones se dividen en dos clases esencialmente distintas, á saber:

1° Operaciones cuya cuenta se comienza y se termina por el mismo responsable; y de esta clase son las marcadas con los números 1°, 3° y 4° del artículo anterior;

2° Operaciones cuya cuenta se comienza por un responsable del Erario y se termina por otro; y de esta clase son las marcadas en el artículo anterior con los números 2° y 5°.
