ARTICULO 82. Para obtener la autorización de reposición de un vehículo por otro, el interesado deberá solicitar previamente a la autoridad de tránsito competente, cancelación de su matrícula y el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Transito lo dará de baja del registro nacional automotor. El vehículo repuesto no podrá matricularse nuevamente en ningún tipo de servicio.
