Articulo 6° Una vez formado el censo de que trata el artículo 4° de este Decreto, la Junta, previo estudio de las documentaciones que le hayan presentado y de los datos e informaciones que respecto a ellas haya allegado, procederá a determinar si los reclamantes tienen derecho al auxilio y, en caso afirmativo, fijará proporcionalmente su cuantía mediante resolución motivada.
