ARTICULO 65. <Artículo modificado por el artículo 1 del Decreto 3074 de 1968. El nuevo texto es el siguiente:> El presente decreto deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y en especial el Decreto No. 1732 de 1960, salvo los artículos 178 y 179 y las disposiciones del mismo decreto que hacen relación a los empleados del orden departamental y municipal.
