Al otorgar la condena condicional debe el Juez imponer las obligaciones inherentes a la caución de buena conducta, de que trata el artículo 55, y la de reparar, dentro de un término prudencial, los daños ocasionados por el delito, salvo el caso de que sea imposible cumplir esta obligación dentro de ese término.
