El Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo y el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, en el marco de sus competencias, realizarán las acciones necesarias para apoyar, capacitar, brindar asesoría y acompañamiento a la población y autoridades que promuevan y desarrollen programas ambientales, turísticos, ecológicos y pesqueros dentro de la zona de influencia del Embalse del Guájaro.
