Anualmente, en el mes de diciembre, cada Sala de Justicia de la Corte Suprema debe formar una lista de Conjueces en numero doble de los Magistrados que la componen, tomando para ello nombres de ciudadanos vecinos de la capital que reunan las condiciones constitucionales para poder ser Magistrados de la misma Corte.

La totalidad de los Conjueces de las Salas es la de la Corte Plena.
