Modifícase el artículo 57 del Decreto 2458 de 1997, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 57. De las contraprestaciones. Los concesionarios de servicios de radiomensajes a los que se refiere el presente decreto se someten al régimen unificado de contraprestaciones establecido en los Decretos 2041 de 1998 y 1705 de 1999, y demás normas que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan".
