Zona afectada. Determínase como zona afectada por el fenómeno natural del sismo de enero 25 de 1999, la jurisdicción territorial de los siguientes municipios:

Departamento del Quindío: Armenia, Buenavista, Calarcá, Circasia, Córdoba, Filandia, La Tebaida, Montenegro, Pijao, Génova, Salento y Quimbaya.

Departamento de Caldas: Chinchiná.

Departamento de Risaralda: Pereira, Dosquebradas, Santa Rosa de Cabal y Marsella.

Departamento de Tolima: Cajamarca y Roncesvalles.

Departamento del Valle del Cauca: Alcalá, Caicedonia, Obando, Ulloa, Sevilla, La Victoria, Argelia, Bolívar y Barragán, corregimiento de Tuluá, dentro de los límites que ese corregimiento tenía el 25 de enero de 1999.
