Créase el Consejo Asesor de Fisioterapia, el cual estará integrado por las siguientes personas: Un profesional de la medicina, representante del Ministerio de Salud Pública. Un representante del Ministerio de Educación. Un fisioterapista representante de la Asociación Colombiana de Fisioterapia. Un representante de cada una de las escuelas de terapia física aprobadas por el Gobierno Nacional.
