El Valor Correspondiente A La Liquidación Del Impuesto A Las Ventas Generado Por Consumo De Licores En Entidades Territoriales Que Se Provean De Otros Departamentos, Será Girado Por El Departamento Productor Directamente Al Servicio Seccional De Salud Del Departamento Consumidor

°. El valor correspondiente a la liquidación del impuesto a las ventas generado por consumo de licores en entidades territoriales que se provean de otros departamentos, será girado por el departamento productor directamente al Servicio Seccional de Salud del departamento consumidor.

Parágrafo

Los saldos aún no girados por la Nación, correspondiente al producto del impuesto de que se trata en este Decreto, serán transferidos en forma directa por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público a los Servicios Seccionales de Salud respectivos.
