Ley 181 de 1995 · por la cual se dictan disposiciones para el fomento del deporte, la recreación, el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre y la Educación Física y se crea el Sistema Nacional del Deporte.

El Plan Nacional del Deporte, la Recreación y la Educación Física, tendrá como fundamento los planes y proyectos que las entidades territoriales de carácter municipal, departamental y las instituciones del deporte, la recreación y el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre asociados, propongan para el fomento y desarrollo del sector deportivo de acuerdo con las políticas del Gobierno Nacional.

Parágrafo

Cuando se hable de la recreación en este plan y en lo referente al Sistema Nacional del Deporte se entiende incorporado el tiempo libre y la educación extraescolar de acuerdo con el artículo 5º. de la presente Ley.
