Los Departamentos de Ventas de las firmas comerciales a que se refiere el artículo 4º de la Ley, deberán contar con la asistencia técnica de un Ingeniero Químico o de un Químico Titulado y con matrícula profesional conforme a las disposiciones del presente estatuto.
