Las Visas Temporales Preferenciales de Servicio y de Servicio Especial se otorgarán de acuerdo con la duración de la misión o contrato de trabajo o prestación de servicios, con vigencia de hasta dos (2) años renovables por períodos iguales. Una vez terminada la misión o el contrato, el titular podrá permanecer amparado por la misma visa hasta por cuatro (4) meses. El titular de una Visa Temporal Preferencial de Servicio o de Servicio Especial no podrá percibir salarios u honorarios en el territorio nacional. CAPITULO ll. Temporal de Cortesía
