Instalaciones físicas de los archivos . El Archivo General de la Nación podrá ordenar que se lleven a cabo las actividades necesarias para adecuar las instalaciones físicas de los archivos de las entidades del Estado, así como sobre los documentos declarados de interés cultural cuyos propietarios, tenedores o poseedores sean personas naturales o jurídicas de carácter privado.
