Las Cajas y Secciones de Ahorros podrán recibir depósitos de ahorros de instituciones religiosas, de beneficencia, de educación, de protección social o sociedades cooperativas, hasta un límite de treinta mil pesos ($ 30.000) moneda legal. A la misma cuantía podrán ascender los depósitos a que se refiere el parágrafo 2°. del artículo 10 de la Ley 46 de 1945 .
