JUNTA ASESORA DE TRASLADOS. Para efectos de los traslados de internos en el país, se integrará una junta asesora que será reglamentada por el Director General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario. Esta Junta formulará sus recomendaciones al Director del Instituto, teniendo en cuenta todos los aspectos sociojurídicos y de seguridad.
