Si el adjudicatario no cumple sus obligaciones dentro del término fijado para legalizar el contrato, se procederá de acuerdo con el inciso g) del artículo 1º de este Decreto, fijando día para nuevo remate y declarando a favor del Erario el depósito de que trata el artículo anterior.
