Art. 678. El uso i goce que para el tránsito, riego, navegación i cualesquiera otros objetos lícitos, corresponden a los particulares en las calles, plazas, puentes i caminos públicos, en ríos i lagos, i jeneralmente en todos los bienes de la Unión de uso público, estarán sujetos a las disposiciones de este Código i a las demás que sobre la materia contengan las leyes.
