° La inhabilidad de que trata el artículo 136 del Decreto extraordinario 80 de 1980, será declarada por la Junta Directiva del ICFES cuando una persona natural haya sido sancionada con dos o más multas y persista en la infracción de las normas de educación superior. La persistencia en la infracción puede no recaer sobre la misma norma.
