Identificación de posibles segundos ocupantes. La Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas, incluirá en la demanda que presente ante los despachos judiciales la información que recabe en la etapa administrativa sobre los terceros que se encuentren en el predio, a través de las pruebas aportadas con su intervención y la identificación realizada por aquella. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de los ocupantes que se identifiquen en la fase judicial y el posfallo.
