Convocatorias . El Consejo Asesor se reunirá ordinariamente una vez cada dos años o de manera extraordinaria por convocatoria del Ministro de Comunicaciones o por solicitud dirigida al Ministro de Comunicaciones, suscrita por las tres cuartas (3/4) partes del total de las asociaciones de radioaficionados de carácter nacional y regional debidamente registradas. Las convocatorias a las reuniones se efectuarán con por lo menos treinta (30) días de antelación.
