Vencido el término de pruebas, empieza el que tienen las partes o el Ministerio Público para presentar sus alegatos por escrito.

En lo demás, se aplicarán las reglas del procedimiento ordinario, señaladas en los artículos 126 y siguientes de esta Ley.
