° La Junta Directiva de la Compañía estará integrada por los Ministros de Obras Públicas, Guerra y Economía Nacional, por un representante de las 'entidades semioficiales accionistas y por un representante de los accionistas privados cuando la cuantía de su aporte no sea inferior al diez por ciento (10`;`,) del capital inicial autorizado en el artículo 39 de esta Ley.

El Ministro de Obras Públicas será el Presidente de la Junta.
