Los caminos construidos por los contratistas dentro del territorio de su respectiva concesión podrán ser utilizados para el tránsito público, en cuanto ello no perjudique o estorbe el regular funcionamiento de la empresa. En todo caso el contratista podrá impedir el tránsito de vehículos que causen en tales caminos graves deterioros, y si éstos se produjeren, el contratista tendrá derecho a ser plenamente indemnizado por quienes lo hayan ocasionado.
