En los casos en que el representante, vendedor o agente viajero sea condenado por violaciones o delitos distintos a los enumerados en el Artículo anterior, el Misterio de Comercio e Industrias podrá suspenderle el uso de la licencia hasta por un año de acuerdo con la gravedad de la falta. En caso de reincidencia el Ministerio cancelará la licencia definitivamente.
